Hello,
I am Sara Kuglin
I am Sara Kuglin
My focus is to coach, manage, and develop a team of over 100 Amazon associates. Safety always comes first. Even when managing Inbound, Outbound, and Dispatch facilities at a given time: compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action keeps associates safe. I aim to create, manage, and support recognition programs including support in all safety programs and OSHA compliance. I partner with the upper management team to establish and maintain quality control standards that push targets to exceed customer promise expectations.
As a Merchandising Rotational Trainee, I rotated through several business areas implementing best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement. Driven to support positive growth in sales/margin, drive cost reductions, and enable a strong cross-functional team, I graduated from the Merchandising Rotational Trainee Program in May 2023.
Directly following the program, I accepted placement as the Associate Buyer for the Dog Natural Food department where I could continue as an asset to the Consumables division. I focused on improving the operational transparency of promotion budget allocation across PetSmart's joint business partner brands.
Throughout my time at J.B. Hunt, the quick learning, adaptation, and strategic thinking I displayed brought me from East coast to West coast. I saw eleven accounts in five months. The "National Annual Intern" title was not intentional, but after managing projects across the country, the shoe fit.
